Chris Speich
Owner/Project Manager
Chris has enjoyed constructing and building new things for as long as he can remember. After
retiring from the U.S. Army as an infantry non-commissioned officer, he decided to pursue his
passion for construction and remodeling. Prior to starting Speich & Company, LLC, Chris worked for
a local high-end remodeling company, which allowed him to develop his craft and taught him the
importance of exceptional customer service.
Chris lives in New Albany, Ohio, with his wife and two children. He enjoys spending time with his
family, remodeling their mid-century home, and rooting for the Buckeyes.
Kyle Paugh
Co-Owner/Project Manager
Kyle has always had a passion for building and design. He started this business to pursue his dream
of helping others achieve their visions of their homes through rehabilitation of their spaces. He is
dedicated to delivering the best possible experience for his clients and strives to exceed their
expectations.
Kyle enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with his family.
